At Porter we stand by the integrity and quality of our pieces. All jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults where we will replace or repair it for you.
All Porter pieces are water-resistant and hypoallergenic. Crafted from high quality, ultra thick 2.5-3 micron layers of 18k gold vermeil or white gold plating making our jewellery perfect for everyday wear. You can read more about our quality here.

We offer 30 day returns for exchange or credit on any full-price item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can find our complete returns page information here.
