DOMESTIC RETURNS

We offer returns for credit notes or exchanges on all full priced items so long as your return is lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please note we do not offer refunds. Any return requests lodged outside of this period will be rejected.

Products must be returned to Porter in original sellable condition, including all packaging provided at the time of purchase.

Online orders can also be returned or exchanged in-store at our Bondi Beach boutique within 30 days of receiving your order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges on International orders. International orders can be returned for a credit note so long as the return is lodged within 30 days of the order being received. In line with our domestic returns policy, we do not offer refunds on standard returns.
