SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Orders placed before 9:00am (MON-FRI) will ship same business day. Orders placed after 9:00am (MON-FRI) will ship the following business day.

All orders Australia wide are complimentary express over $200AUD and complimentary standard over $100AUD. For the rest of the world please refer to the calculated rate at checkout as this price will vary product to product depending on the weight and the service you require.

RETURNS POLICY?

PRODUCT QUALITY & WARRANTY?

At Porter we stand by the integrity and quality of our pieces. All jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty/watches 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults where we will replace or repair it for you.

All Porter pieces are water-resistant and hypoallergenic. Crafted from high quality, ultra thick 2.5-3 micron layers of 18k gold vermeil or white gold plating making our jewellery perfect for everyday wear. You can read more about our quality here.

WHERE IS PORTER MANUFACTURED?

All our jewellery is designed in house at our Bondi Beach location. We are proud to partner with suppliers and manufacturers across Asia who are additionally vetted by the worlds leading sustainability standard organisation; RJC (responsible jewellery council).

Additionally all our pieces are made in small batches, packaged in keepsake velvet boxes which are made to be treasured to reduce our environmental impact.
