Warranty
WARRANTY (JEWELLERY):

All Porter jewellery comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty which covers manufacturing defects only. These issues would include defects relating to clasp mechanisms, loss of gems, snapped earring posts. Issues relating to general wear and tear are NOT covered by warranty, e.g. fading of gold, scratching, loss of jewellery, chain breakage, misshaping of jewellery due to mishandling, plating issues caused by exposure to salt water and chlorine.

Warranty claims can also be initiated in-store at our Bondi Beach boutique. Store staff will assist you in filling out a claim form which will be handed over to our customer care team for assessment. Please note any items brought in-store that falls outside of warranty period or under general wear and tear will be rejected and will not be handed over to customer care.

WARRANTY (WATCHES):

All Porter watches come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty which covers manufacturing defects only. These issues would include defects relating to clasp mechanisms, glass falling out (not due to mishandling ie; smashing of glass), snapped watch band, watch hand coming loose. Issues relating to general wear and tear are NOT covered by warranty, e.g. fading of gold, scratching, loss of jewellery, plating issues caused by exposure to salt water and chlorine. Expose to water ie shower, ocean, chlorine will void your watch warranty.

If you struggle to resize your watch you can take your piece to a local key cutter who can easily and quickly remove the links generally at a small charge.
