All sale prices will be displayed, no discount code at checkout is needed.
Please note we cannot facilitate refunds or store credits for any price differences prior to the commencement of the sale, regardless of how recently the order was placed. We are also unable to offer the site wide sale price on orders placed after the sale ends.
30% discount is valid only on orders placed within the specified dates and times.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping
Complimentary shipping thresholds do not apply during our site-wide Black Friday sale events.
Due to an abnormally high volume of orders being placed, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once dispatched, please allow extra shipping time as our carrier partners (Australia Post, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express) are also experiencing higher-than-normal volumes.

Returns
For products included in our site-wide sale which are marked down by 30%, our standard returns policy applied.
Please lodge your return (for credit note only) or exchange online via our returns portal:
Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE’ which are discounted by 50% are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for any returns or exchanges. No exceptions can be made for these products. Any attempted returns will be rejected.
