ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER | BONDI
Based out of our Bondi Beach Office, we are seeking an Online & Customer Service Manager to join our quickly expanding team. In a hands-on role you will operate our online department including the fulfilment, processing, preparation and dispatch of our online orders to our customers both locally and internationally.
Operate our online department in the day-to-day running of order preparation and dispatch in an orderly and timely manner.
Operate the picking, packing and processing of online orders across all online teams at Porter Jewellery.
Providing exceptional quality at every touchpoint for the customer during the dispatch process.
Operate and head the Porter Jewellery stock processes in our Bondi Beach Office.
Operate and head the online customer service portal and speak with the brands tone of voice and execute company policies.
Successfully head in the quality control process for all online orders ensuring a premium level of customer experience.
Exceptional stock control and inventory management abilities with incredible attention to detail.
Successfully head and execute weekly stock replenishments to your department within the business in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with Porter Jewellery team members across different divisions.
Organise and maintain a clean and process driven workspace.
Coordinate with all Online Operations processes ensure all business KPIs and goals are met.
Be solutions focused.
Be able to work independently and within a team environment to achieve daily and weekly KPIs and goals.
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Exceptional online order presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in dispatch environment preferably in the fashion industry.
Experience with platforms and logistic programs such as Shopify, DHL, Flash couriers, etc.
Attention to detail (extremely important).
Multitasking is essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
Be self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
