All sale prices will be displayed, no discount code at checkout is needed. 

Please note we cannot facilitate refunds or store credits for any price differences prior to the commencement of the sale, regardless of how recently the order was placed. We are also unable to offer the site wide sale price on orders placed after the sale ends. 

25% discount is valid only on orders placed within the specified dates and times. 

  • 25% off applies to all full-priced jewellery. Belts, bundles and hair accessories are excluded
  • Sale is running both online and in-store (please note our in-store selection of eyewear is NOT included in the promotion)
  • Our standard ‘free shipping’ thresholds apply as normal


Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Due to an abnormally high volume of orders being placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

  • Orders will be dispatched in the order they are received
  • Customers will be notified via email once their order has been dispatched

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order once placed. Please look and choose carefully, and check over your order prior to submitting at checkout.


Returns

For products included in our sitewide sale which are marked down by 25%, our standard returns policy applies.

Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE’ which are discounted by 50%+ are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for any returns or exchanges. No exceptions can be made for these products. Any attempted returns will be rejected.
