EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Please kindly note we do not currently offer refunds however understand that not every item is right for you upon arrival. We offer exchanges and or credit notes which do not have an expiry date. Please contact customerservice@porterjewellery.com and reference your order number within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note: free shipping does not apply when exchanging items.

When posting the item back to us for exchange, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself and your best address.

 

"REPAIR OR REPLACE RETURNS POLICY"

We always want our customers to be cared for. We do our best to accomodate all issues however exchanges / returns / refunds / faulty's / repairs will be at Porter Jewellery's sole discretion.

Faded gold jewellery is not considered a fault in the product and can take place over a short of lengthy period of time for multiple different factors.  

Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg; chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn)
