RETURN POLICY

  • During our BFCM sale no returns, no exchanges (size exchange only), or store credits will be offered for any reason.
  • Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are considered final sale unless found faulty by our Returns Team. Our warranty policy remains in effect during the sale period.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Our customer service team is working hard to get back to your emails however due to the large volume of expected emails during this period please allow additional time. Our retail team at our Bondi beach boutique unfortunately cannot assist with order/online queries and your best point of contact will be customerservice@porterjewellery.com
  • We will not be able to offer refunds or store credit for any price differences on past orders, regardless of how recently the order was placed.
  • Due to the high volume of orders during our BFCM sale, cancellations, updates, or modifications to your order will not be possible once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

SHIPPING

  • Allow additional processing time on your orders during this period. We generally dispatch within 24hrs (business days) however please allow up to 72hrs (business days) during this promotional period. Processing time is not inclusive of the estimated shipping times.
  • Our dispatch team will work to send your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow for potential delays from our carriers; Australia Post and Australia Post International due to the high volume of orders during this period. The shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days for express postage is calculated from time of dispatch, this is not inclusive of the processing time and we are unable to offer refunds if your order does not arrive on time.
